Return Policy

You can return any purchased item within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

 

Before returning any items, you must first obtain a Return Authorization from us. Please submit a return request by filling out our support form.

 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item, along with a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

We will require tracking information for the return shipment. For items valued over $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

 

Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Returns will not be accepted if the item is not in new condition or if the original packaging is missing.

 

If your order was shipped via freight, please inspect the items before accepting delivery. If there are any damages or missing items, inform the freight company immediately and request that they document the issue. All items leave our warehouse in new, unused condition unless otherwise stated. If no damage or shortages are reported at the time of delivery, we cannot process refunds or replacements.


 

Refunds (if applicable)

After we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in new condition. If the return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear in your account on the date of the original transaction, minus the 20% restocking fee.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If your items arrive damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement. You’ll be asked to submit clear photos showing the issue. If you believe you’ve received the wrong item, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving your order.

 



Cancellations

We make every effort to process orders quickly. You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed yet. Once it’s been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
