Shipment Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates as carriers may take some time to process your shipment.

 

If your order includes multiple items, it may arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking info.

 

 

Delivery Time

We offer different shipping options to get your order to you as quickly as possible:Please note that shipping may take longer during peak times like the holidays.

 

 

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail for smaller items. Large items (over 150 lbs) are shipped via freight carriers. Some shipments may include a non-refundable handling fee.

 

 

Third-Party Shipping

Some items sold through Xpodium come from third-party vendors. These orders have separate shipping fees.
